PURCHASING AND SHIPPING

ORDERING

How is my payment handled?

Shop prices may be displayed in your local currency, using regularly updated exchange rates from European Central Bank exchange rates. Payments are taken through PayPal or Credit Card in Australian Dollars. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase; you can use the PayPal service to pay with your regular debit or credit card. We do not store any of your debit/credit card details.

SHIPPING

I have placed my order; how soon will I receive my artwork?

Artwork will be packed and shipped within 1-3 working days. Within Australia, pieces are sent by Australia Post or courier depending on size and weight.  Most Australian deliveries arrive within 3-5 days from time of shipping. Please allow 7 working days in total.

International shipping times will vary, depending on location, typically between 4-6 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I can ship to most countries, although it will take longer to arrive depending on your location. If your location is restricted once you get to the checkout you need a bespoke courier service. Message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you shipping options.

Overseas shipments (outside Australia) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping Costs

All orders with a total cart value of more than AUD$65 will receive FREE shipping!

Standard shipping on orders less than AUD$65 will be charged at a flat rate, and will be displayed in your cart.

Do you offer express shipping? 

Yes, if you want a faster delivery service via DHL, this can be arranged at additional costs. Please contact me prior to placing your order to get a quote. DHL service is GENERALLY a 1-week service.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Sure do! Please message when you check out and I’ll arrange to gift wrap and add a gift card.

RETURNS

Image Representation

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible regarding size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices, and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Return Due To Change Of Mind

ZDot Designs will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(ZDot Designs) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns

ZDot Designs will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect ZDot Designs to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

DELIVERY TERMS

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit between 2 - 7 days. from the time of your order.  Please note COVID lockdowns are creating delays within our postal system.  When we have current information we will email the client directly as to the approximate or known delivery time.

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-5 business days of payment of order.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Tracking Notifications

Tracking information will be provided upon dispatch. Please make sure you include your contact phone number and email address when you check out so that you can receive your tracking information.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Sales Tax

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and ZDot Designs encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to ZDot Designs at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

Your order includes free Sendle cover for loss or damage up to AUD 100.00. Depending on the value of your order, additional insurance can be purchased. Contact me for a quote.

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the postal service has completed their investigation into the claim.

Process for parcel lost in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the postal service has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
